Microsoft Canada Highlights Mozzaz as a Key Pandemic Virtual Care Platform

Microsoft Canada has selected Mozzaz as one of eight digital health partners to help address virtual care support during the pandemic. The Mozzaz solution, powered by Microsoft Azure, enables care teams to implement digital patient care plans quickly and easily. The solution is ideal for individuals with complex and chronic conditions to stay connected to their care teams with remote monitoring and secure telehealth for virtual visits.

Mozzaz can be implemented quickly to support personalized digital care plans to patients based on their conditions and level of care that is needed. Built-in secure telehealth and remote patient monitoring are part of an individuals care plan. A special COVID-19 Outbreak Management Solution has also been released by Mozzaz to help team immediately provide remote care with assessments and treatment plans.
