MOZZAZ SUPPORTED DEVICE POLICIES

Mozzaz is a cloud-based digital health solution that provides cross platform mobile device support. Specifications below outline the minimum requirements for the Mozzaz system. Mozzaz’ cloud-based Subscription Services are not designed for specific devices. You can download your care plan on essentially any device that runs a supported operating system, as shown below, as long as there is connectivity for the initial download. If the device is broken or not charged, you still have the option to use an alternate device by downloading the application to another device.

Please note* This list changes as new operating systems are released, and older devices stop supporting new versions. In some cases, older devices may support newer operating systems but with performance implications. Mozzaz officially supports the two most recent OS versions however, older versions may work but are not officially tested or supported.

The following web browsers/versions have been tested and conform to Mozzaz Subscription Services specifications:

The following devices and operating systems have been tested and conform to Mozzaz Subscription Services specifications:

iOS | iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4 (or newer) | A8 chip, 2 GB RAM | Minimum iOS version: 11.4.1

Android | Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 or newer (or similar device) | Quad-core processor, 3GB RAM | Minimum Android version: 7.0


LIFETILES PRO

The following devices and operating systems have been tested and conform to Mozzaz Subscription Services specifications:

iOS | iPhone 6S/iPod Touch 7th gen (or newer) | A8 chip, 2 GB RAM | Minimum iOS version: 11.4.1

Android | Samsung S8 or newer (or similar device) | Quad-core processor, 3GB RAM | Minimum Android version: 7.0
