RPM Portal overview
Step One:
To begin, please login to the Mozzaz Portal using your professional account credentials at mozzazcare.com
Upon successful login, your home page view will be your Client List where you can see your patients and professional accounts who are enrolled in the program
Step Two:
For basic navigation you will find two menu-bars on your screen:
The top menu is used for the specific Portal Modules, they are as follows: Client List, Organization, My Pages, Insights, Talk and Quick Links
The left menu provides Account modules for the account which is being currently managed
When managing a patient, their name and corresponding image will appear in the top-left corner as well as in your Client List under Actions as Managing. For all reporting purposes you will select your professional account denoted by Manage Professional, and when it is already selected it will be denoted as Managing Professional as seen in the image below.
