RPM Billing and Encounter Form

Welcome to the RPM Billing and Encounter Form how-to guide! By following the steps below, you will be able to:

  • Access the RPM Billing Report

  • Understand the Encounter Tracking Form and Timer feature as it relates to RPM Billing and reimbursement

Step 1:

To access the RPM Billing Report start by opening the Insights menu from your top navigation bar. From the reports, select RPM Billing Report and Run Report,

Step 2:

In the RPM Billing Report, you can view the status of the CPT Codes for your patient population and filter your patients into billable and non-billable sections. You can also filter by specific billing codes and CPT Units. The report also displays approximate revenue based on eligible billing.

Step 3:

The Billing Report is populated automatically based on patient data submissions, and for encounters through the RPM Encounter Tracker, accessed by managing the patient and selecting RPM Billing under Documentation on the left-side navigation.

Step 4:

The Timer located on the top navigation bar may be used to track different encounters duration and for convenient note taking as it related to RPM Billing needs.

In our initial release of the timer, the workflow is as follows: Begin the timer in the top-right corner then review your patient by viewing the relevant reports in the Insights panel under your organizational account. Complete your review and note taking in the provided section. When review is complete pause the timer and navigate the patient under review from your Client list, then view the left-sided navigation menu for Documentation and select RPM Encounter Tracker.

Here you will have the ability to manage existing entries and add new ones, select Add. Once in the Encounter Form fill in the corresponding dates, duration, encounter type and any relevant notes and select Save & Finish

Step 5:

The data entered is used in the RPM Billing Report as seen above, which can also be downloaded as a .csv file to upload into your payment application. To download the file, navigate to the RPM Billing Report via Insights. Select the menu on the top-right corner of the chart denoted by three dots and hit Export Data
