Pairing Contour® Next with Mozzaz Connect App

Mozzaz account credentials – you’ll need to sign-in to the Mozzaz Connect app using your Mozzaz username and password.
- If you require assistance logging in or have forgotten your account credentials, please contact support@mozzaz.com for timely assistance.
Mobile device – iPhone device running the following iOS or later
- iPhone – iOS 14.8; check iOS version by opening Settings > About
- Contour Next Glucometer – must be a Bluetooth enabled Contour Next device. View our device gallery

If you have previously connected your device to the Contour Next app, you will need to uninstall the app before you are able to pair your device to the Mozzaz Connect app
Why is this necessary? Bluetooth devices can only be connected to one mobile app at a time. In order to connect to the Mozzaz Connect app and share your data with your provider, you will need to remove the Contour Next App from your device

To pair your Contour Next device, make sure it is near you and in pairing mode.
- To put the Contour Next device into pairing mode, hold down the ON button until the device turns on, you can see the Bluetooth symbol and the device light flashes blue.
Once the device is in pairing mode, from the Mozzaz Connect home screen, tap the Connect button.
- A list of detected devices will display.
- From the list, tap the Contour device to start the pairing process.
You will see a success message once your device has been connected

Once the App has paired with your Contour devices, readings currently stored on the device will the shared to Mozzaz Cloud
“Reading Complete” will display when available data has been shared with the Mozzaz Cloud

From the Mozzaz Connect app, the Contour Next device will display “Last Connected” along with the date the device was lasted connected.
