Connecting Apple Health to the Mozzaz Platform

With this feature, you can incorporate additional data from Apple devices patients already use, like wearables and smart devices.

Connecting Apple Health with the Mozzaz Platform

What You Will Need to Get Started:

  • An active Mozzaz patient account including username and password, currently enrolled in an RPM program

  • An apple device (iPhone or Apple watch)

Step 1 - Navigate to the App Store

  • Begin by navigating to the App store, then select ‘search’

  • Search for the term “Mozzaz Connect”, alternatively you can provide the below link to open on your patient’s device to the app store

  • Download the application, when it is finished you will see it appear on your home-screen

Step 2 - Login to Mozzaz Connect

  • Open Mozzaz Connect from your home-screen

  • Fill in your Mozzazcare provided patient username and password

  • When successfully logged in continue to the next step

Step 3 - Adding Apple Health to Mozzaz Connect

  • From the top-blue bar, select ‘add new device’

  • Select ‘Apple Health’ from the provided options - you will now be given a menu with what specific data you want to share with Mozzaz

  • Once satisfied with the data shared select continue or next

Step 4 - Confirming Apple Health Device Connection

  • Under ‘add new device’ you should now see Apple Health

  • By selecting the ‘Apple Health’ icon, you can now see the status of your connection and the date of your consent

  • Providers should now see ‘Apple Health’ under Devices when examining the specific patient’s profile from the Mozzazcare portal
