May 5, 2021 | Philadelphia, PA- Mozzaz, a leader in virtual care technology, is deploying a digital health mobile application and engagement platform for a large insurer with the goal of getting employees back to work quickly, efficiently, and safely. Employers play a key role in preventing and slowing the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace by implementing social distancing and staggering shifts. The Mozzaz solution complements these physical efforts with a digital component by identifying at-risk employees and providing a channel for proactive communication through alerts, warnings, group messaging, and more.

The Workplace Ready solution features extensive wellness capabilities, remote employee monitoring, telehealth, digital surveys, and interactive engagement. A key feature of the employee mobile app is a mandatory screening questionnaire to be completed prior to work each day. The digital survey consists of five simple questions, and if any question is answered with a “YES” the app will alert the employee that they are at-risk for COVID-19 and should not go into work. Additionally, an email is automatically generated to notify HR, the employee’s manager, and any other necessary parties. The app will also allow employees to track COVID-19 test results and vaccines and will include links to an internal company news portal as well as local and national COVID-19 news sources, like the CDC website.
