Available to all the clients that Accordant supports, the Mozzaz digital solution, Condition Advisor, enhances Accordant’s level of care management through expanded virtual care services and dynamic digital patient engagement experiences across 19 rare diseases. Leveraging the flexibility of the App Developer Program, the Condition Advisor application is fully integrated with our interoperable EHR system, optimizing the digital experience for both members and Accordant nurses.
