Project Manager

Mozzaz is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for streamlining product delivery and meet the company’s aggressive time-to-market goals. This role will lead all aspects of product release management and delivery by working with development teams and partners. Working with Product Management, this role will participate in building product roadmaps by understanding the customer and business needs. The execution of the project roadmap and all product and related technology delivery will be the prime responsibility of the Project Manager. Other responsibilities include the following:

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Developing and owning product development roadmap and delivery plan
  • Meeting and exceeding delivery timelines to support the aggressive product roadmap
  • Creating and maintaining project plans
  • Communicating project status to all stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Managing resource pool to maximize utilization to meet project objectives
  • Managing and mitigating project risks
  • Working with vendors, creating SOW, work packages and managing overall delivery
  • Ensuring overall product quality implementing proper processes and tooling

Experience
  • 2+ Experience as Project Manager or Project Lead
  • 5+ Years in Software development or Technical Lead
Educational Qualification
  • University Degree or equivalent Diploma from a recognized Community College
  • Technical and Project Management education and certifications (Preferred but not required)

Inside Tele-Sales Associate

This role is responsible for lead prospecting and qualifying accounts as part of the company’s sales activities. You will work closely with our sales account and marketing teams as part of campaigns and sales execution.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform first level contact by telephone and email with new prospects and existing client base
  • Understand our products and be able to answer basic customer questions
  • Create and maintain client records in CRM
  • Maintain a report tracking calls and sales pipeline activity
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 1 year telemarketing or telesales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and a CRM system is beneficial.

Sales & Marketing Support Specialist

This role will work closely with our marketing and sales team in campaign execution, marketing analytics, sales support, customer training and CRM database administration and support. Experience with online interactive marketing and social media marketing is a requirement. Experience with web and digital editing is beneficial. You will also be expected to field technical customer enquiries and manage them to resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide first level customer support and manage to resolution
  • Support sales with CRM data analysis and digital campaigns
  • Support marketing with web and online marketing campaigns and analytics
  • Maintain and administer CRM including modifications, data imports/exports, reporting and process workflows
  • Technical and user experience with mobile technologies including tablets and smartphones (iOS, Android, Windows)
  • Deliver customer training sessions and presentations both online and in-person
  • Upto 10% travel may be necessary
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 1 year with CRM and/or marketing analytics experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and a CRM system is mandatory
